Offerings & Engagements
Eight ways to work together. Some are ongoing, some are a single project, and all of them start with the same question: what is your business making you carry that it shouldn't?
Start Here
The Operations Audit
Not ready for a full commitment? Start here.
I'll assess your current operations, understand your goals, and show you exactly what's holding you back.
You'll get clarity on:
- ✓ Where your operations are broken
- ✓ What's costing you the most time and money
- ✓ What we'd fix if you decided to work together
- ✓ Whether an ongoing retainer makes sense for you
This is a low-risk way to see if we're a fit.
01 · ONGOING PARTNERSHIP
The Monthly Retainer
Ready for real transformation? This is where the magic happens.
I become your Operations Manager. Together we fix your broken systems and build sustainable business operations.
I'm not a consultant who hands you a plan and leaves. I become an extension of your team, and I own whether the plan actually happens. Twenty years in operations and marketing, fourteen doing exactly this work, and the same company's COO since 2013.
BY THE END OF 90 DAYS, YOU'LL HAVE
- ✓ Organized project management — everything in one place
- ✓ Documented processes, so it's not all in your head
- ✓ Time savings from automation (5+ hours/week typical)
- ✓ A business that runs more smoothly without you
WHAT THIS INCLUDES
- ✓ Hiring, training, and managing your contractors and team
- ✓ SOPs across content, support, fulfillment, and launches
- ✓ Project and deadline management across concurrent initiatives
- ✓ Vendor coordination: printers, designers, editors, developers
02 · PROJECT OR ONGOING
AI Integration
Real hours back, with judgment on every output.
AI is either giving your team meaningful time back or quietly creating a new category of work. The difference is whether someone built the workflows deliberately instead of bolting a chatbot onto a broken process.
I find where AI genuinely fits in your operations, and where it doesn't, then build the workflows, prompts, and review steps so your team gets the time back without anything unreviewed reaching a client. I've saved clients hundreds of hours this way.
I use AI the same way I run everything else: thoughtfully, with my judgment on every output before it reaches you.
WHAT THIS INCLUDES
- ✓ An honest look at where AI can and can't help in your workflows
- ✓ Built workflows for content, support, research, and admin
- ✓ Documented prompts your team can actually reuse
- ✓ Review and quality-control steps so nothing goes out unchecked
- ✓ Team training on responsible use, and clear guidance on what stays human
03 · SIGNATURE PROJECT
Framework to Form
You've built the expertise. You've lived the methodology. Now let's turn it into something the world can use.
Most thought leaders have more inside them than the world has seen. The ideas are there. The frameworks are lived. What's missing is the container that gives it form, and the team to actually get it built.
I'm in my ninth consecutive year producing a client's flagship annual publication, and I've managed books, curricula, board games, and certification programs from concept to delivery.
WHAT IT CAN BECOME
- ✓ A book or memoir
- ✓ A coffee table book
- ✓ A curriculum or course
- ✓ A board game or experiential tool
- ✓ A framework guide or field manual
- ✓ A signature methodology or system
HOW IT WORKS
| Clarify | We excavate your framework, your core ideas, and what only you can offer. |
| Design | We identify the right form and build the content architecture. |
| Build | We develop the narrative, methodology, voice, and messaging. |
| Manage | I oversee timelines, production, and every moving part through to completion. |
Collaboration. For clients who also want deep thought-leadership excavation, I bring in Lindsay Pera, who works with visionaries to clarify and codify the frameworks that are uniquely theirs. Engage us together, or work with me directly.
04 · PROJECT
Software Selection & Migration
The right tools, chosen deliberately, and the migration actually finished.
Most businesses don't have a software problem. They have an accumulation problem: ten tools chosen at ten different moments, none of them talking to each other, all of them billed monthly.
I know this work from both sides. At Simplero I created and ran their concierge department, where my job was moving clients onto the platform and making the transition survivable. I've also built and run operations in Shopify, Kajabi, and WordPress.
I'm not tied to a platform. The right software depends on your business, not on my preferences. And if the answer is that you should stay where you are, I'll tell you that.
WHAT THIS INCLUDES
- ✓ Evaluation of your current stack and what it's actually costing you
- ✓ Requirements gathering against how you really work
- ✓ Vendor research, comparison, and a clear recommendation
- ✓ Full migration management: data, content, members, integrations
- ✓ Team training and documentation on the new system
05 · PROJECT
Event Operations
The systems behind the event, set up properly the first time.
Events run on infrastructure most people don't think about until it fails: registration, ticketing, payments, communications, speaker coordination, vendor timelines, and the follow-through afterward.
I set up the operational backbone so the event runs and you can actually be present at it.
WHAT THIS INCLUDES
- ✓ Platform selection and setup for registration, ticketing, and payment
- ✓ Attendee communication sequences
- ✓ Speaker and vendor coordination
- ✓ Production timelines and deadline management
- ✓ Post-event follow-up, reporting, and list handoff
06 · PROJECT
Launch & Build
Ground-up operational setup for something brand new.
Starting from nothing is its own discipline. There's no legacy system to fix, which is a gift, and no existing structure to lean on, which is the hard part.
I build the operational foundation: the tools, the processes, the vendor relationships, and the documentation, set up correctly from day one so you're not untangling it in three years.
WHAT THIS INCLUDES
- ✓ Software and systems selection for a business with no history
- ✓ Core process design before bad habits set in
- ✓ Vendor and contractor sourcing
- ✓ Documentation built as you go, not retrofitted
- ✓ Launch project management through to live
07 · DEEPEST ENGAGEMENT
Whole-Life Operations
Because the line between your business and your life was never real.
For most founders, and especially for mothers building businesses, the separation between "work operations" and "life operations" was never real. The same person is managing contractors and managing the household calendar. The same brain holds the launch timeline and the school schedule. Splitting those in half doesn't make either one easier.
This engagement doesn't split them. I hold both sides: the business operations and the personal infrastructure that surrounds them, coordinated as one picture instead of two competing ones.
This is the work I've grown into with my longest-standing client over thirteen years. It's not a service you hire on day one. It's what becomes possible once someone has held the whole picture long enough to be trusted with all of it.
WHAT THIS CAN INCLUDE
- ✓ Everything in the Monthly Retainer
- ✓ Household and property vendor coordination
- ✓ Personal administration and scheduling
- ✓ Family logistics held alongside business timelines
- ✓ A single confection of accountability across both
Not sure which one?
Most people aren't. Thirty minutes. You tell me what's going on, I ask questions, and we figure out together which of these actually fits. Including whether the answer is none of them.
