Questionnaires Emails (when people enquire, send a proposal, follow up, onboarding etc)
No need to capture every step when you are first automating. Just pick one area where you find yourself repeating yourself.
In my experience the welcome email is the one most of us recreate for each client but are actually repeating ourselves.
Now open up the last email you sent regarding that topic, clean it up, and bam you now have a templated email.
If you are using Simplero take that email and add it as the auto-responder to your signature product and your done.
You never have to send that welcome email again.
Maybe you are not using Simplero yet, Acuity, Shopify, Kajabi... almost every SaaS out there gives you the ability to send an automated welcome email.
