When was your last day off?

I don't keep regular business hours for 1 specific reason... My work is here to support my life, not the other way around. That means some weeks I work weekends (as I write this it is 6:30 pm on Sunday), some days I work into the wee hours of the morning, and sometimes I rise before the sun. The goal isn't to work around the clock, my goal is to be available when life calls my name.

I imagine many of you are like me, you got into business for yourself because you wanted flexibility. You didn't want to be tied to a desk 9 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday.

But is your business giving you the freedom you sought?

You might work 24/7 but being an entrepreneur doesn't mean you have to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I know, you're saying

... but I have to write promo emails.
... I have to respond to my clients or they will lose trust.
... I have to stay ahead of facebooks algorithms.
... there is bookkeeping to do.
... there are meetings to attend.
... there are images to create.

I know, there is a lot to do. I'm not minimizing your list. But might I propose there is a more valuable list?

  • People to see
  • Cities to visit
  • Parties to attend
  • Food to be eaten
  • Hikes to explore
  • Books to be read

You got into business for yourself to have the time and resources to live your life now, not later.

I want to support you in doing that.

I have invested my "work" hours learning and tending to businesses just like yours. I have grown as a person and as a fractional COO to develop better systems that simplify the work and free you to take the day off. You too can ditch the overwhelm without ditching the list.

How?

The answer is simple...

Book a call and learn more about my services as your Fractional COO. This is a totally hands-on service where my team and I become members of your team. We have a strategic plan to assess your business goals and see them through to execution and maintenance.  You don't have to do it all yourself and you don't need to work 24/7 to be successful.

  Take a Day Off
